Coffee Trailer

Coffee Trailer

A mobile coffee concept with versatile applications

This mobile coffee trailer was designed for both stationary operation and off-site use. The unit is intended to operate next to the Zagłoba Inn in Opole, while also being fully prepared to serve outdoor locations, events, private functions and catering services.

The project is based on a catalogue solution that was adapted to the individual needs of the investor. The interior layout and applied technical solutions allow the trailer to be used flexibly – as a coffee bar offering coffee, baked goods and breakfast items, as well as a mobile drink bar for off-site events.

The interior was designed with a strong focus on functionality and ergonomic workflow. A well-thought-out working layout enables efficient customer service in various conditions – both during calm stationary operation and intensive event scenarios. The selected materials and custom furniture were chosen for durability and everyday use.

The trailer’s structure and components were designed with frequent transport and outdoor operation in mind. Solid construction, refined details and the universal nature of the project make this trailer a practical tool for mobile gastronomy in various formats.

Interior designed with aesthetics and functionality in mind

The trailer’s exterior was designed in a coherent and expressive mobile café style. The dark colour scheme is contrasted with light, illustrative graphics inspired by coffee, baked goods and the artisanal character of the offer. The result is a clear, eye-catching design that works equally well in a fixed location next to the inn as well as during outdoor events.

Large serving hatches are equipped with LED lighting, which not only improves working comfort after dark but also highlights the trailer’s aesthetics and interior presentation. The lighting creates a warm, café-style atmosphere while increasing the visibility of the unit from a greater distance.

The interior features a modern yet restrained design, combining light furniture with stainless steel elements. This combination gives the space a professional appearance while remaining visually neutral, allowing it to adapt easily to various sales formats – from a coffee bar and catering service to a mobile drink bar.

This project demonstrates how a catalogue-based solution can serve as a flexible foundation for a trailer tailored to a specific business model, combining the function of a local food service point with mobile event facilities.

The gastronomic equipment and built-in furniture were integrated in a clean and orderly manner. The workspace visible to customers looks tidy and professional, which is especially important during direct interaction with guests. The entire project combines functionality with refined design, emphasizing the character of a mobile café prepared for operation in diverse conditions
